TFP62 ferrite core memory cube

A cube of unknown origin. Marked with TFP62. All matrices are two-layer, layers connected with U-shaped protrusions. The ends of the cube are closed with aluminum covers.

Internal structure and specifications

The cube consists of 25 ferrite matrices, each of which contains 1024 rings. Ferrite field two groups, each 16 by 32. The total memory capacity of the cube is 3200 bytes.

Additional information

The inscriptions "RAM 627" and "18 32" are scrawled on the frame of the outer matrix.
